Hi SH,
You are such a busy person, always lots going on. Well done on your clearing so far, fence painting and getting a bit further with your pension stuff.
Fingers crossed DS will see his money soon. Maybe DS needs a finishing bonus to give the incentive to speed up.Mortgage Aug 2019 161,000 :eek::eek:Nov 2019 156,500:T Jan 2020 153,122:T, Apr 2020 149,500, Apr2021 139, 675, Oct 2021 136,823, Dec 2021 136,120🙂EF 0/12,000 (0%)😕 (5062.44 was ERC), Jan 2023 128,650. New chairs have arrived. They are more comfortable than I remembered. My other chairs had sunk - so these feel like they actually support my body. The legs, neck and back area are all separately adjustable so they are lovely!Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Thanks SSDD23 and MF. I took today off in the end - part as leave and part as flexi to catch up. It was way too hot. I did paint a few panels so that's coming together. I also managed to order some more fence paint so that was a win. 10 litres should arrive 1 July. That might be just enough or just short so I will hold off ordering more until I know. Even what me and DD have painted so far is already making everywhere look smarter and more 'cohesive'. Something bit me though so my wrist is itchy.
I got so hot today I got DD to cut an inch or so off the back of my hair. She kind of overdid it slightly - so I ended up using a front and back mirror upstairs and cutting a bit more. It is uneven at the back but looks better from the front which is all people are likely to see for some time to come!!
I got a Mr A delivery - but they had missed £24 of stuff off that they said they had delivered so I had to request a refund. 2 pints of milk also arrived damaged. Feeling a bit cheated! I'm sure they will sort it though - but it is because of things like this that I am paying on my CC currently so I have a stronger claim. I have paid the chairs element off my CC so now sitting on fully paid up new chairs which is positive. Will probably wait a while to pay anything else until I get the first lot of board from DS and we find out if his uni accommodation is payable. I also am not keen to pay the bed off until we have it - and it isn't on an official statement yet. We wouldn't have enough to pay the accommodation as well this month anyway.
DS should hopefully find out his degree grade tomorrow and get feedback on his US work. Here's hoping both are good news.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Thanks Dancing and PB, Took DS to see a friend and picked him up again. He nipped into a small shop for me and bought some of the missing items. DD and I took pooch for a walk. DH is exhausted he's worked long hours and had to go in the office all week. He should be back home at least 4 days per week from next week. Let's hope I can sleep despite the heat...Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
