i am leaving sky as not happy with their service and prices, despite being loyal customer for many years, no offers given, just found the following and would like to know if anyone has NOW broadband and would recommend it..

If you aren't happy with 'their service' then you are out of luck.

Check whether you can actually get Now broadband. We can only receive tv from them.

after 3 attempts to activate my sisters line, shes still no closer to getting activated, she heard today that its another 14 day wait for an engineer visit


line was meant to go live on 26th , that failed, 1st may (cancelled by engineer) 3rd may still not activated, due to some kind of fault


does anyone know the Ceo email for now tv broadband/tv? ive checked on google, but cant see any for now tv


think its time to complain and maybe take this to ombudsman after all these attempts and now they ask to wait another 14 days lol its become a joke all she wants is her line activated

If like many on NowTV you're having trouble getting a phone number, there is a poster on the community forum who will give it to you if you PM them. For some bizzare reason NowTV won't post the number on the forum.

I switched to them just over a week ago and was bracing myself for the worse, but have been pleasantly suprised at how smoothly it all went.

I have their ADSL product though not Fibre so maybe that's differen.

Well worth your while joining the community though.
