Last night I cooked a variation of the Thai noodle broth using king prawns and Bird's Eye chillies.

I have it portioned for lunches this week but I tried a little bit straight from the pan last night and it's hot! Thinking grilled chicken or sliced steak salads for the rest of the week's lunches :)

Where would be the fun in that? I'll pop the loo roll in the freezer, it'll be fine :D

I like spicy food. I used to do the man vs food type challenges with spicy wings and big burgers.

There was a place near me that did the challenges and I still hold the record for the fastest time eating the burger challenge (I'm the only person ever to have completed it within the time allowed) and I've done their Reaper Wings Challenge twice for charity.

I didn't earn the name Fat Rab for nothing lol!

Oh no, hope you feel better, I'm feeling shattered but that's because I woke up half way through the night & couldn't get back to sleep.

I made a chicken, ham, leek, mushroom & kale pie last night for dinner tonight so I grabbed some of that for lunch today.

Cancel the kitchen scraps for lepers and orphans, no more merciful beheadings, and call off Christmas.
