    Bore da pawb.

It's Friday, well done on making it through another week.

I made a chilli earlier in the week so I have that with some rice.

Today it's homemade Chinese style salt & chilli chicken with peppers and onions. No rice though as carbs are being cut down a little this week. Yum!

Today's lunch is chicken, chorizo, onion, peppers, red chillies and spinach with wholemeal pasta cooked in a spicy passata sauce, with a tsp of oregano and half a tsp of cayenne pepper. Simple to make and delicious!

LIdl had chorizo reduced to 89p at the weekend so grabbed a few of them and I'll make this again next week.

    15/19 today for me please!

Todays lunch is southern fried chicken strips in wraps with cheese and coleslaw.

Looks like I'm going to lose a day tomorrow as one of the bosses is going to be here and lunch will be on him, but at least it'll be at no cost to me so I can live with that.

    :)

Dropped a day on Friday unfortunately, so I'm only going to manage 18/19 this month, which still isn't too bad considering 2 months ago I wouldn't have had any!

14 will be the target for March as I have a week off at the end of the month and 3 days at a meeting down south with lunch provided.

Hope everyone is doing well as the thread seems to have gone a little quiet :)

    Afternoon all,

Apologies for going AWOL, lots going on at the moment and I hadn't had chance to come on and update the thread.

Everyone has been doing brilliantly. only one day left of the month to go :D

Has anyone set up March's one? If not I'll get on to it.
