Made a pot of the Thai broth as planned and have a portion with me at work, but I'm in head office today. There is a very real threat that I could be lead down the path of temptation today, as its tradition to go out for breakfast and/or lunch.

This will be a tough one to resist.
You can have results or excuses, but not both.

  • No lunch with me today..naughty I know and I mustn't make a habit of it.

I'm going to Greggs which is a five min drive from site and it's a drive thru, so should be cheapish :D

I have fallen off the wagon. I had a bacon roll. I feel guilty.

Still on track for lunches though!
