Just quickly popped in to say thanks for the birthday wishes I did have a lovely birthday and I'm getting used to being 60 🙀😂 I've been very busy over the last couple of weeks and I've also been reading a lot so haven't had time to post.
My busyness has come to a sudden stop though because I'm too hot to do anything except lounge around glowing so no progress on any jobs this week. I will hopefully be back to posting again more regularly now but I'm off to bed now because I'm working tomorrow
Hope everyone is ok and enjoying the sun xxOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,1202 -

I've had a slow day today due to not feeling too good😟 I am now down to 7mgs of steroids and it's been ok until yesterday when I felt really tired then I woke up this morning with aching shoulders and hips. I was suppose to be going into town to buy some plants but decided not to. I fell asleep in the afternoon for an hour and did feel a bit better when I woke up.
I took B down to the river for a walk after tea which she enjoyed and then I came home and have sat in the garden relaxing. I'm going to DD2s tomorrow for lunch so that should be nice.
It chucked it down here all night last night which was very welcome because it's been soooo hot 🥵🥵🥵I was hoping it would cool things down but it hasn't really made much difference. We are supposed to have rain and thunder tomorrow but they said that last weekend and it didn't happen
In money news I still haven't heard back from PRA so I'm going to email them to see what's going on. I should have paid them on the 1st of June and haven't so I'm surprised they haven't been in touch 🤷♀️
My EDF bill for last month and thankfully gone down to £98 which was a relief.
I have filled out and electronically sent back my pension paperwork but I'm not sure it went off properly so I'm going to phone them on Monday to check it arrived. I was told it had to be done on the computer but have now found out that I could print it off and post it which would have saved me a lot of stress.
As I said previously my employer had agreed to take me back on for 15 hours a week so I will finish on the 2nd of November then I have two weeks off and will return on my new hours on the 20th . I can't wait and I'm wishing the summer away counting down the days 😂Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,1202 -

Belated birthday greetings. Just catching up after being away. 15 hours a week will be much better for you in the winter. It will come quick enough without wishing the summer away. I've found that since turning 60, 6 years ago, my life seems to have gone way too quickly. But I was 66 last week and don't feel any different, apart from the back and joints hurts a bit more....lol.Making the debt go down and savings go up
