My journey to a debt free life

Well today didn't pan out as well as I had hoped,I got a call from DD1 at 7.30 am asking me to go over there straightaway as she was having a full on panic attack
I had an inkling that there was something more going on than a cold and it seems I was right she has just found out she is 6 weeks pregnant and has very bad morning sickness ,now In a normal person this would not be an issue but she does suffer with anxiety attacks and an extreme phobia of being sick so is having awful panic attacks because she feels really sick all the time
It's not helped at all by the fact that DGS is really poorly with a virus and has an awful cough and cold
I got here at 9ish this morning and have been here all day,my son in law had to go to London today for his business so that's why she called me to come around, there isn't a lot I can do to help to be honest because these anxiety attacks have no rhyme or reason so we don't know the cause, normally the gp gives her diazepam but she can't have that because of being pregnant
She went to the doctors and he signed her off for a week so at least she doesn't have to go to work but I don't know what she is going to do tomorrow, her mother in law has DGS tomorrow so at least he will be being looked after but he won't be able to go to nursery on Thursday because he is too ill,I've told her I will come back out if she needs me to
I'm shattered now but can't go home until my son in law gets back which at this rate is going to be late and I'm supposed to be getting the bus as well:(
Poor DD was lucky that she didn't have sickness the first time round but this is lasting all day,she can't eat and has had about half a glass of lucozade all day
Poor DGS is in his cot coughing away but he has had calpol and brufen,I don't think anyone is getting any sleep here tonightOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,1201 -
Oh dear poor DD and poor you. Lovely news about a new grandchild though
.
Kate Middleton had bad morning sickness didn't she? If DD can't eat she will need help from her doctor, but hopefully things won't get that bad.
You'll be going back to work for a rest at this rate! I know you say you can't do much but I'm she finds it very comforting just having you there. Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

Lovely news for you about the new grandchild, but difficult for your daughter to feel so ghastly.....& for you if you are going to be having to do a lot of support. Hope things pick up for her & it starts to lessen soon.

It was a pretty horrible day and the news about the new baby sort of got lost in the general chaos of the day,I did congratulate her but at that moment I think she was wondering gnwhT she has let herself I for
