And why oh why do we have to hang on that hated phone for so long.  I pancaked one phone trying to talk to the doctors a couple of weeks ago.  So so annoying.
I know it drives me crazy, also all the numbers you have to press get to speak to a human, It was quite funny though because I shouted at my phone to say " I just want to speak to a human for gods sake" and the next second the voice said we are putting you through to one of our agents now.... I replied " about time too" 😀😀

Well after being awake until 2am I was awake at 9, I did feel a little bit better until I got up and then rapidly went downhill again. I did however strip my bed and it's all on the line drying, the weather is sunny and really windy here so perfect for drying washing. I also got a dark load done and out on the line so a win there 🎉🎉

I felt too ill to walk B this morning so she had to make do with going in the garden but I did stand by the back door and throw her ball for her which she loved, she is now fast asleep next to me dreaming and woofing in her sleep 😍😍

I've just had egg on toast for lunch seeng as I have quite a few eggs so had better use them up 😊 one of my girls lays an egg at least every other day so I have a good enough supply at the moment,it won't last for much longer though because they are getting on now.

Last night I decided to turn everything off that doesn't get used very often or overnight. So the tv, washing machine, microwave and kettle were all switched off. I normally leave them all plugged in that's such a waste when they aren't being used and it takes seconds to plug an appliance in to use it. I use my microwave very rarely but it's plugged in all the time 🙀. Yesterday I was able to leave the heating off all day because it was quite warm and I felt hot all day ( benefits of having a temperature 😀) today I've had the heating on because I can't get warm for some reason. I'm going to turn it off for a bit now to see how it goes. I've got a lovely fleecy top that I bought a few weeks ago from H&M so will put that on instead, I am wearing a t shirt and jumper with jeans but I'm still cold 😟
I've got to go and sort the 🐓🐓out in a bit so that will warm me up

No shame n feeling cold today, @Onebrokelady, I don't know about where you are but it's absolutely nithering here! Heating coming on much more often as thermostat keeps dropping below 18 deg. Snow showers on & off all day. Nothing settling as the sun melts it in between showers but I know there's more of the stuff further north in the county. So wrap up warm, sort those chickens, then get yourself tucked up indoors & get well soon!

It's sunny here but a very cold wind which was great for drying my washing. My thermostat is set at 17.5 deg and the heating has come on now

Oh dear it was slightly windier than I thought, I just went out to fetch the washing in and the whirly gig pole had snapped so the washing was dragging on the ground, luckily the top of it got caught on the shed and the ground is dry so my washing is ok😀 I did laugh however on finding a pair of DDs knickers hanging in a nearby tree 😂😂 I have put slightly shorter washing line back up so it will live to dry another day.

Im also not sure what has been going on in the chicken run but when I went in there there are spots of blood dotted around all over the place, they both have no injuries that I can see and both look fine so I'm wondering if some sort of critter ventured in there and the blood is all that's left. I couldn't find any body parts to I'm not sure what it could have been. I've seen them eat both a mouse and a frog 🤢🤢and I don't think I will ever recover from that 🤢

Ive also been out to read my meters as advised by Martin but website is down ( surprise surprise ) and the app says it is having maintainance work don't to it. I'm gong to try again later when everyone has calmed down and gone to bed. In the meantime I have taken a photo of my meter reading and I'm going  to email it to myself so it's got a date stamp on it....thanks Martin 😊

What gets me is they are blaming Martin for the sites being down.  Well if the prices weren't going up by so much people wouldn't be quite so keen on putting their readings on.  So they should have seen this coming.  I actually did mine by phone this afternoon as I couldn't log in, but I would really like to check that they have actually been recorded.  Trusting - me?  No chance.

If you have a smart meter you don't need to give them a reading because the meter does it for you

Martin posted a video on YouTube saying if you have a smart meter you don't need to post a reading because the meter will do it for you. It's only people without smart meters who need to send a reading. People on a fixed deal, prepayment meter or smart meter don't need to bother
