That was a close shave with the ex, good job you did some detective work. What a shock that would've been if you bumped into him out of the blue.
Yes it would be a bit of a shock 😟 and really  not one I want to experience if at all possible

Had a hellishly painful day at work yesterday but managed to drag myself through to the end of the shift. Going home early wasn't an option because it was crazily busy. There was a lovely team on though so we had a good laugh despite being up against it all day. I came home had a hot shower and went straight to bed after dosing myself up with maximum painkillers. I'm did actually sleep really well for a change.

I am now happy to say I am off for a week 🎉🎉🎉 I do have some loose plans but they will depend on how I feel,I felt ok this morning when I'm woke up at 9 but not as good now, I'm going to potter about though and see how I get on.
Ive walked B through the fields which was lovely in the sun. I've done one load of washing and got that pegged out and another load in the machine and I've sorted the 🐓🐓.
I was supposed to go shopping today but got cat litter and bread on my way home last night so that can wait until tomorrow. Today is going to be all about the house so I had better get cracking 😊

How odd I posted earlier but it's not here,I must have forgotten to press the post comment button 🙄
Ive had a lovely day today,I've hoovered and got two loads of washing washed and dried on the line, the kitchen has been cleaned and I've also sorted the cupboard under the sink, it doesn't have a door at the moment and was full of cleaning supplies so I have moved them to the big cupboard that has the pet food and tools in it,the cupboard under the sink now just houses the bin, dustpan and brush , bin bags and washing up liquid, I'm going to buy a storage box tomorrow to keep those bits in so it looks tidy 😊 I've been trying to get some hinges so I can put the door back on but but can't find the same ones 🙄
The sun has been shining all day so I've had all my windows open or let some fresh air blow through and I actually went out and spent some time in my garden. I have swept up all the leaves on the patio and the first lot of steps so it looks really tidy now. I haven't had the energy to do this and it's also been too wet but it was lovely and dry today. I should be able to keep on top of it now ready for when we can sit outside
Tomorrow I am definitely going into town, I need poop bags and a storage box plus green beans and pesto so I can make a gnocchi bake for tea tomorrow, I had the last of my curry tonight and it was yummy
DD has also done an online shop so that is arriving tomorrow night ,that should keep us going for a few weeks with just fresh stuff to buy. If the weather is ok tomorrow and I'm feeling up to it I might also do a bit of tidying in the front garden, the steps all need sweeping for a start,I want to try and get it done soon because they have forecast rain later in the week
We took B for another walk through the fields this evening and the sky was the most beautiful red colour so hopefully another nice day tomorrow
I am now off to bed because I am nicely tired from doing outside work 😊

Lovely to hear you sounding better after the horrendous time you've had recently. It sounds like a really good day.

Another sunny day here today but it's also quite chilly 🥶 so deceptive. I took B for a short walk today because I needed to go into town for a few bits. I've been putting this off for days but finally made myself go in, it was surprisingly busy but mainly with college students on their lunch break. I did have a successful shopping trip though so it was worth going.
Unfortunately I woke up with a bad headache this morning so that's annoying. I've taken tablets but they didn't touch it 😟 my face is hurting now as well so not good. Luckily I don't have anything to do in the house today because I did it all yesterday. I've just got to sort the chickens and make something for tea. I might also go and do some bits in the garden to see if ignoring it makes the headache go away. It's so annoying after having such a lovely day yesterday but just one of those things
Im going to do a quick bank account check later as well, it's payday on Friday so a new budget from then, I got a letter with my revised rent payment for this year and it's only gone up but a couple of pounds so not too bad and I'm still waiting for the water bill although I've gotta funny feeling I didn't get one last year so maybe I've gone digital and have forgotten. I will have to have a look later
Im now off to sort then🐓🐓and see if there are any eggs today
