I can’t believe your dds attitude and her not asking if you need anything or if you’re ok. I don’t blame you not wanting to text her.
Please take care of yourself and even if it’s ‘just a virus’ don’t go rushing back to work. It’s obviously something that’s got a real hold of you so your immune system has taken a battering...... and your leaving yourself open to picking everything up.
Hope dd feels better soon. It sounds horrendous.

If/When you speak to your daughter point out that if you are ill and are obviously infectious it would would be pretty stupid for you to baby sit whatever the bug is because it is likely you would infect your grandson and then she would have to take even more time off work or are you expected to care for a sick child who probably only wants his Mum.

Oh no. Wishing you both a speedy recovery. I hope you are both ok and able to get everything you need from your DD.
    Thinking of you both x
Thanks Nicnak, we don't need anything yet and she lives a twenty minute drive away so I will probably ask my friend to drop some bits off,she parks outside my house on a Thursday to pick her granddaughter up from the school near my house, the freezer is well stocked so it's just just fresh bits that we will need.We were just about to do an online shop too 😟and poor DD2 is actually supposed to be on AL from tomorrow,it's the first holiday she had taken since she started her job and she was really looking forward to it.we were going to take B to the beach this weekend but that will have to wait now
Ah that's frustrating as well. Glad you can get things though. Lots of treats for you both to keep you going. X
