Morning OBL, I hope you feel better today.
Re the slimming club, I've been a WW Gold member for 18 years and more or less kept to my goal weight all that time thanks to regularly going to the group. Don't forget once you've reached goal you won't have to pay as long as you keep within your goal range. I like the social side and the being accountable. The one time I stopped going for a couple of years the weight started to creep back on so back to group I went.
Lovely to have some days off in March to look forward to. I try to make sure I've got at least one day off a month.
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)1 -
I was a member of WW before I tried SW,I only went to slimming world because I felt like a change,I got to goal with WW and kept it off for two years but then I got ill with this chronic pain and stupidly stopped going,I used to go to the gym at least three times a week as well but that also stopped when I got ill,I definitely need the accountability aspect of the group and I like the social side of it too,I don't actually have loads to lose, I'm 10st 8lbs at the moment and would be happy with 9st 12lbs which is at the top of my weight range for my height,I am walking a lot now I just need to sort out my food intake, there is a SW meeting down the road from my house,I could walk there,it's on a Monday night but I can't guarantee that I will have Mondays off so haven't signed up yet,I need to look at my diary and see when I'm off over the next few months,I'm going to do some investigating tonight 😊Sun_Addict said:Morning OBL, I hope you feel better today.

Day off today after a really nice day at work, it wasn't busy so we didn't have to rush around like loonies, apart from the cough I didn't feel too bad
Today I'm off out to meet my mum for lunch in town and I'm hoping the current sunny weather will last all day, it's bit windy but I can cope with that so long as the dreaded rain stays awayOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8944
