In other news I!ve had a relaxed chilled out day and actually do feel slightly better,I sat down and did some serious sewing on my cross stitch that im currently doing,Ive also managed to eat properly today,I take a vitamin supplement (Metatone) most days but I only take the minimum dose so Im upping this to the daily amount they recommend to see if it will boost my immune system
Ive been coughing for days but nothing was shifting but I have now had a good cough and the crap in my chest has moved so it feels a bit clearer, hopefully the antibiotics are doing their job at lastOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,1201 -
Good to hear you are feeling a bit better! I hope the account sorts out: I suppose changing banks doesn't help but it had to be done and you're on the right road now.
Hope you can get some more rest tomorrow.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

Well my day back at work went ok,I was in a clinic all day so got to actually sit down quite a lot,I did have to use my inhaler a few times but managed to get to the end of the shift without being ill,my chest feels a lot clearer this evening so hopefully I!!!8217;m on the mend, its my day off tomorrow so I can chill out a bit
While I was at work I also phoned the payroll dept to make sure they have changed my banking details and they have so I can stop worrying that my wages will be paid into my old account, that is a weight off my mindOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,1201 -

For gods sake ,Ive just checked my email and I've got a message from EDF about my current bill and I!!!8217;m £313 in debit to be paid by the 28th of February,I pay by DD every month but cancelled it when I changed banks and then couldnt get a new one set up,Im supposed to be phoning them tomorrow to set one up with the new bank,Im hoping its just because Ive cancelled the DD that they are now asking me to settle the bill and that I will be able to carry on paying it monthly otherwise thats all but £100 Of my emergency fund gone, this is why I dont change anything or do anything myself because I always mess it up,no bloody sleep for me tonight then
I also dont understand how my bill is in debit for so much when I pay them £75 a month in the first placeOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,1201 -
Don't panic about the EDF, it will be due to cancelling your DD. That email will be automatically generated and the amount will be based on your current useage rather than anything to do with your normal payment.
We pay ours by DD at £75 a month and send them our reading every month. Due to how cold its been this winter, we have used quite a lot and we had an email saying they were increasing our payments to £112 a month. I rang up and said no way we can afford that and if we are still in arrears at end of tarrif in Aug we will pay extra then. But confident we won't owe anything then as it will catch up with itself in warmer weather. So then we had an email saying how much we owed and I just ignored it and they are still taking the 75. As long as you speak to them it will be fine and sort itself out. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
