    Good morning everyone,

Congratulations Annie on the job, a fantastic opportunity. Re the dog I absolutely understand why you want to take him, but sometimes this is a difficult one. My folks had an old Westie and moved to Nepal for three years. They felt she wouldn't cope well with the environment at all. Queue me, I inherited her for the time they were away, and it really was the best decision. However I know it wasn't easy for them or me, but it worked out in the end, good luck.

    11 please Shaggy

My head hasn't been in the AF zone at all for the past week..I can quite easily slip back into the habit of drinking 5 units of alcohol a night (very enjoyable.) But I've done some thinking (I just remind myself of the reasons not to) and hopefully I've got my head back where it needs to be...we'll see tonight!

(And that's why I'm on this thread - so so easy to fall back into old habits)
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Shaggy... thank you, that made me smile!!

Well this morning I received a formal offer for the job in Vietnam. I wasn't sure how I'd feel but I'm so excited! The opportunity and the big expat salary make it an offer I can't refuse. I'm going to take the dog with me, I can't even contemplate rehoming him. So, I'm toasting my good fortune with some Prosecco tonight.

I won't make 5 on the SNC but I think this is a good reason not to.

Thank you once again for your congratulations on my new job!
I struggled a bit this morning after drinking last night. I had a small snooze at lunchtime which did the trick, and have had a personal training session this afternoon, I'm trying to gain some lost fitness back.

Definitely not drinking today, so 13/20 for March and 2/5 SNC
