Is that for the SNC? so you're on 8 in total? Sorry....

Yes Shaggy sorry. Including last night as well brings me up to 4 afds for snc and 9 in total.

Bloods back, liver all good :T an improvement on last time. Just need to sort my cholesterol and cortisol out. 4lbs off at tubby club yesterday. This no drinking is making a big difference to my weightloss.
Total weight lost 6.5/73lbs starting yet again. Afds August 10/15. /8 Sept.

67.7 kgs which makes absolutely no sense after the number of Madelaines I ate yesterday because I was so disappointed by the 68 kgs. I really am very confused by this. Relieved, obviously, but very confused.

Honey Bear, I'm not an expert but I don't reckon weight gain is all that quick - it's not overnight - I'm not sure how long it takes but the day to day fluctuations everyone gets are not really to do with what you ate the day before, or even the day before that, they're to do with water retention and other factors. That's my understanding.

Flagging. Still stuck on 12/16. Drank a bottle of wine yesterday.

I'm trying not to beat myself up too much about it as life is life. I don't want me to just go, oh sod it, might as well start again next week. I don't plan on drinking tonight as I am fasting today (5:2) and weigh in is tomorrow, so I will just draw a line under it and move on. I am still on line to meet my target for the month.

There was no particular reason for me drinking, just felt like it. Woke up fine both days that I drank, but I know this is no excuse.

But I will still be proud that, overall, I have cut down.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    Hello
I'm definitely not drinking today, which brings me to 15/20 and 4/5 for this week's SNC.
