    6/24 AFDs today
  • Loveasale: I usually go for cranberry or lime and soda, or plain tonic water. I don't like anything too sweet.

4/5 and 7/25 for me today please :). There was a day I could have used a drink, DH not drinking is a great motivator (I would totally have nicked some of his wine otherwise).
  • When I go out I go for any mocktails they have on the menu as a treat, but I do have a sweet tooth, grenadine and coke is nice. I also have beer replacements such as Becks (even though I don't normally drink beer).

    Calling early as driving tonight

  • 1/16 for me for last Monday please Shaggy. Welcome back poorsinglelady

Loveasale, if I’m not drinking alcohol in pubs I have lime and soda, tonic, sparkling water, tomato juice, or bitter lemon if they have it, Becks Blue although wine is my tipple and I don’t like Becks.

At home I recently tried Botonique crisp dry white wine (which I didn’t like as it’s too spicy/strange but might be worth trying if you are looking for a wine substitute) and Nix and Kix Cucumber and mint which I liked and London Essence co grapefruit and rosemary tonic which I loved.
  • I’m not usually a beer drinker , but non alcohol wine is normally too sweet , or just plain awful , so I may try the blue becks,,,,, i tend not to drink a lot ,, in volume , when not drinking booze , so one poss two bottles would do me the night ! Also might be good for shandy :)
:money: I will never be rich but I'm happy :rotfl:

loveasale - I do struggle when I go out and am not drinking alcohol as I don't like 'sweet' drinks. I usually just go for slimline tonic but there is only so much of that a girl can take

Declaring early for tonight on 4/12 please Shaggy

    Hello everyone!

I am up to 4/14 for February and 4/5 for the SNC.

I am tempted to drink tonight, but I know it's habit. I will go home, have dinner, have a cup of tea and if I still feel like opening the prosecco that is in the fridge, then I will. If I don't, I will give myself an extra pat on the back for saving it till tomorrow.

It's because I don't work Fridays, so it's kind of like the end of the week for me. Still have to get up early and take the girls to school though.

I am also tempted to drink tonight, but am undecided. It would mean going to the shop... I don't have much food in so I'm tempted by fish and chips nd a bottle of wine.
Or I could go to bootcamp
Or have a cup of tea and snuggle my dog

    Decisions!!

wow cathybird, well done for getting the bike to the charity shop! The OH tried to show me the controls on our bike :rotfl: However he has fixed my tracker  No escape.

re. non alcoholic drinks, loveasale, I drink st clements (orange & bitter lemon) if I'm the driver; the club soda site had a suggestion I like the sound of - bitter lemon with squeeze of lime and the glass rimmed with salt - so like a virgin margarita - I'm going to give it a whirl.

    7/23, please Shaggy!
