1/28. Have a fab weekend with your visitors, Shaggy. I've had a think about a total for the year and will put myself down for 300, thank you cathybird. It's high, but I think I need to focus on making a complete change on my attitude to alcohol - it should be an occasional treat for me so that I really enjoy it.
On another note, I did step on the scales today ..... oh dear, oh dear, oh dear - lots of room for improvement. :rotfl:

I'm starting February with an AF night... astonishing considering it's also the start of the 6 Nations.
So... 1/15 for Feb and feeling very smug. I hope this is reflected on the scales at Slimming World on Tuesday, I shall be annoyed if it's been for nothing!Say what you mean.. mean what you say... without being mean.0 -

Declaring early today although I have decided after a very strict 4 weeks to have some wine tomorrow night - but only a couple of glasses. So
2/20 5SNC for last week and 2WE and hopefully continuing. I have lost some weight and definitely feel better for it but still a way to go to be in a normal BMI. An important part of feeling better is related to not drinking, there are more hours in the evening to get on with things and lots of less fuzzy days.
Thanks to everyone posting, the comments and smilies keep me going on days when I am thinking why not!0
