    6/15 and 2SNC please.

Brilliant news both Shaggy and Maman about no or very little gain over Christmas. I can't say the same - cue strict eating and drinking regime now - but very encouraging to know it can be done.
  • 13/25 and 2/2 today please :)

I'll look out that documentary Maggie, sounds interesting :)

For a treat some of the Feverfew drinks are good but expensive.

But nowhere near as expensive as booze, so treat yourself. Having something you enjoy drinking makes all the difference.

Good luck with the job hunting, Annie G with the temporary job. China sounds v. exciting. Great motivation, having a target - it's why posting really works because it keeps us accountable.

So pleased you found a way around booze o'clock, Pollyanna, with the running. Excellent idea, making yourself want water and you can feel so doubly virtuous!

Well done, Shaggy, not putting on any over Christmas. I'm getting nowhere at the moment, so I knonw it's because you've denied yourself goodies. Well done.

    13/31 for me please.#
    Better is good enough.

Season of mist - I looked up that documentary on catch up, but couldn’t find it. Do you think it might have been a regional thing?
