I’m up to 11/16 for the month, did 5/5 for the SNC and up to 1/2 for the weekend challenge. Please put me down for 5 for next week’s SNC.

I have rediscovered rubicon, the fizzy water type rather than the one full of sugar. I only used to buy it when on offer even though I love the stuff and so just bought it at full whack (£1.60) yesterday. I never treat myself to anything, but then didn’t think twice about yet another bottle of wine!

I decided to wait till my girls went to their dad’s tonight before doing my run. Usually I do it when they are at school on a Friday as I’m off. I figured this would break up the, “oh they’re gone. Right, telly and wine!” And it did. After a run, all I want is water and it broke the habit. Spent all evening doing spreadsheets and watching diet programmes on catch up tv.

Now just tomorrow to get through, but I honestly found today a lot easier than I thought I would!

Good news on the job front annie. I'm intrigued by the job in China.:)

I'm calling in now as I don't want to get side-tracked later. It'll be much easier than being AF at home as I'll be driving and dancing. Determined not to give in when I get back.:)

8/10 AFDs please Shaggy and 1 for the weekend challenge.:)

Me too - well done Polly :T:T:T

I put on no xms pounds this December - never happened before - I usually put on 3 or 4 pounds in December - and have even gained half a stone.

And I've lost another pound since NY....

    ...pleased with myself...
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
