Definitely o drinking here today as I'm out tonight and driving. One thing I've stopped doing since I started using this thread is coming home and wasting an AF day by drinking late in the evening.:)

5/10 AFDs please Shaggy and 2 for the SNC.
  • Declaring very early for tonight with another one for the SNC here and 4/14. I slept well for 8 hours but my body is telling me that isn’t for long enough.

Hopefully I can get addicted to sober sleep!

I'm also declaring early with 4/15... I've been out and about all day, food has been super healthy and I do t want to spoil my good day by drinking.

    Hello everyone!

8/31 please shaggy. I think I'm getting past the hankering for a glass of wine now.

As the OH hasn't joined me this time doing dry January it's clear that the bad habits wrt wine consumption can be placed with me... the OH can open a bottle, have a single glass and that's it for the evening - I would have at least 2 glasses!

2/15 and 2 SNC please and super healthy eating too. I know the best advice might be to stop one thing at a time but actually not drinking and eating a restricted diet go together so hoping this joint attack plan will work.

Maggiem I completely agree, I don't want to spoil my healthy day by drinking. I'm an 'all or nothing' girl so embracing food, drink and exercise together makes sense to me.
