Because I didn't trust myself I used to leave posting until just before I went to bed. No longer.:D

2/15 and 2 SNC please and super healthy eating too. I know the best advice might be to stop one thing at a time but actually not drinking and eating a restricted diet go together so hoping this joint attack plan will work.
