Anybody else? What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

I survived Sunday lunch so I think I can safely call 6/31.
I have been guilty of using wine to relieve stress, (bad day at work - have a glass of wine). I don't have that stress anymore so it's really a habit, (past 6 o'clock - oh glass of wine time).
Did the weekly shop today and no wine makes a significant difference in the cost as well! Just a couple of bottles of cider for the OH. Onwards....

Good evening,
6 please Shaggy 2 for weekend challenge!!

Declaring 6/16. Very impressed with myself. Even went out for dinner tonight and wasn’t tempted, but then nobody else was drinking, so it was okay.
I thought I would find the weekend a lot harder than I have I must admit, but it was okay. Just went to bed when my kids did, haha.
Next weekend if I decide to stick to dry jan, I think will be harder as I wont have my children around and so will be bored of an evening. Need to find more to do or get out and about, but it’s tough when most of the time I can’t due to children. Might batch cook stuff for the following week.
Can I join up for the SNC please? I would like to aim for 5.Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010
Mortgages (End 2017) - £180,235.03
(End 2021) - £131,215.25 DID IT!!!
(End 2022) - Target £116,213.810 -
First SNC done here and 2/14. I was in a pub so was a bit tempted but a Becks Blue and sparkling water did the trick.
Hoping for a good night’s sleep now as I didn’t manage it last night.
Well done on this weekend and good luck with a plan for nex5 weekend Pollyanna, I find the cinema can be a good option. or a good film at home, especially if I eat early, have a bath and slob out in a dressing gown so I have to make an effort to leave the house!0 -
