I'm seriously contemplating a dry new year's eve....I want to start the year as I mean to go on....hey ho we'll see....

Did have one glass of fizz to bring in the New Year in the end so no more AFD’s to add to my total.
Have decided on a target of 15 for January please Shaggy but I am also aiming to reduce the units I consume when I do partake
Haven’t made any New Year resolutions - just a general plan to be healthier and increase my fitness levels :T0 -
Distraction is definitely a great help. I like visualisation too where I tell myself that when I get in I'm going straight to the kettle, making a cuppa and relaxing on the sofa with trash tv (or whatever suits you) and then feel smug when I get through an AF evening.:D
maman, I agree with this - when I get home I play two games of solitaire on my phone lying on my bed - it doesn't take long but just unwinds me somehow, and lets me leave the workday with its stresses behind.
