I haven't been successful re sleep, fall asleep ok usually but wake up throughout the night 3.05 is a particularly unfavourite time. Good luck with the sleeping
Much the same here Maggie.:( I must admit to drinking tea during the evening which probably doesn't help. I might experiment with something caffeine free to see if it makes any difference.
Good to be back on the wagon today. I've been to various Christmas things in the last few days and pleased to say while I didn't plan to be AF I have been sensible.:D

IKR much prefer Cava to Prosecco....What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
Shaggy, hope your AF works do went well!!

My OH loves PG tips and I couldn't get him to try decaff PG Tips - but then he did - and do you know what he preferred the taste of the decaf! Now he's a convert....What do we do when we fall? 6/14 and 2SNC PLEASE.
Yes, I tried caffeine free tea, Yorkshire and it is fine. Not sure I can give up real coffee but I have that in the morning and rarely after about 1400. I have given up caffeine completely before and agree re horrendous headaches but didn't feel any better so reverted!
Going to carol concert tonight I hope but intending to stay AF - will post later or tomorrow if successful or not.0 -
I'm useless at this when not in the zone.
I did a run yesterday (C25K - Week 6) and was so happy with how it went that I celebrated with a bottle of prosecco.
So, still on 1 for the SNC, but not planning on drinking tonight as want to be on top form for tomorrow's run.Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010
