1 for December for me please.

Tomorrow is testing day and that will be my ultimate decider. I've never been a huge drinker, maybe one bottle of prosecco per month, but when you're told you can't, I seem to want it a lot more.

If I can't, I am going to need this thread so much to keep me going!! If I can, I am going to need it to stop me over indulging on it all.

This year has taught me not to take anything for granted. I have lost so much of what I was and have an out of control body at the minute. It's is a small price to pay for still being here though.

Good luck to everyone. I am routing for all you all, and hoping I don't make too many mistakes in 2019. Even consuming food with alcohol in is causing problems for me at the minute.

I'll raise a glass of whatever I can drink to you!! x

    Hello
I'm drawing a line under November, I drank far more than I wanted to. I'm setting my target at 14 for December and chalking today up as a success!

I've managed to get a temp job at M&S for 4 week from next Sunday, it's not what I'd hoped to be doing but hopefully I'll be able to make enough to cover January's mortgage payment.

Haven't been on for a few days so am behind on the conversation, will try and catch up tonight but hope everyone is well.

Congrats, maybe it will lead to something permanent? x

    Hi guys,

Sorry I haven't been around so much - really busy here in RL. Plus sister has been ill in hospital but is now out.

    Shaggy Xx
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

AnnieG, good luck with the M&S job, hope you find something more permanent soon. x

Niknak, you've had a really rough year - separations can be so tough to handle - think you've done really well to tackle alcohol at the same time. I hope it's easier for you this coming year. x

Shaggy, hope your sister will be okay! x

    2/21 for me today, please.
