Oh no, don't say that Wanna Bee Free, now I feel really bad!! :rotfl:0 -
Fatrab, perhaps I'm going mad, but if you were on 19/26 on the 23rd, wouldn't you be on 23 today? I'm only keeping an eye on these things because of the annual challenge. You actually gave a wrong total for last month, but in that case you were two higher than you thought - you said you were on 249 but you were actually on 251 (at least, according to my spreadsheet). Maybe I'm missing something tho - tell me to go away if so!0

Dammit!! You are correct cathybird! 23/26 for today
I have drank on the 10th, 16th, 18th and 22nd. It was the 18th I'd forgotten about.
It seems this month's target won't be met as its highly probable that I'll be drinking on Friday, but 25 of a potential 30 days is still a very good achievement for someone who used to drink 5-6+ pints every day!
And I do prefer to set a high target then aim for it, the closer I get to it the better but that mind-set doesn't work for everyoneYou can have results or excuses, but not both.Challenge - be 14 Stone BY XMAS!

My run is ended.
Made it from Sept 1st until Nov 24th alcohol free but meg up with some friends to watch the rugby and had more than a few beers. As always, regretted it in the morning and still 2 days after that.0 -
I managed 5/5 on the SNC last week, and put me down for 5/5 again this week - so far on 2/5
Had an alcohol free weekend as plans for Friday fell through, and resisted the urge to drink when we went for lunch!
As for November
I think I am 23/26
December target think 20/31, although will aim for better!0 -

Oh I'm not going mad then - glad I brought it upI probably wouldn't have mentioned it if it hadn't been for the discrepancy last month. I must say, I do get why you switch off the laptop at weekends, and there's no rule per se, but suspect that sort of thing can tend to occur when people don't post AFDs on the day they happen, as it's probably surprisingly easy to lose track.
