Sorry my posts are always so long and rambly! I need to get into the habit of posting more frequently so they are less lengthy!

Nothing to apologise for lonelyrat. As HB says, what you might consider ramblings will be useful to someone as tips for cutting down/giving up. I certainly approve of rewarding yourself with the money saved!:D
I'm out for lunch today but have decided to be AF. Lunchtime drinking always makes me sleepy and I've got too much on later in the day.
11/10 AFDs please Baileys.0 -

lonelyrat, I agree with maman and Honey Bear, I find everyone's experiences with AFDs really interesting even if I don't always post a reply, so please keep rambling

Ramble away. I've learnt so much from others commentsSorry my posts are always so long and rambly! I need to get into the habit of posting more frequently so they are less lengthy!

Your post reminded me that I could replace my getting in and wanting a glass of wine with my nighttime skincare routine instead. I don't need to wait until just before bed if I know I am not going out. So, your ramble helped me. Thank you

I think if I'd allowed myself to drink during the day I'd have been a lot further down the road to destruction by the time I eventually stopped. Like you, it always sent me to sleep and even when I wasn't busy that wasn't what I ever wanted during the afternoons. On the rare occasions I did, I was in bed by 5.00 pm.
23/31 please, Baileys.Better is good enough.0 -
