    Fell off last week
Barely swimming at the moment as got the tax return to do for work
Bleached downstairs loo before work, sinks done
Will do some in the bathroom before bed which I have no doubt will be soon as I’m done in
Done a stir fry for my tea then different for Oh and the boys
Must get the tax return finished but OH just agreed to go sort Wedding suits tomorrow.... if they have the right sizes. I’ve sort of convinced him to buy instead of hire as I found some nice grey ones in the sale

I’ll go do something soon, just collapsed to have tea and I’m typing instead of Eating, must be tired
One day I might be more organised...........

    Full day at work done.
Dinner cooked, towels washed. They will probably be dry by, let's say Thursday maybe?!
Kitchen tidied, rubbish out for tomorrow's collection.
I'm sitting fiddling with my unearthed knitting. I'm sure I should be doing something else....

    Evening all

1lb down on the slinky challenge and not much else to report for today.

The week is turning out a bit busier than expected - I'd forgotten about the dog's vet appointment tomorrow evening and a staff meeting on Wednesday. Still better than the last couple of weeks, though.

Very envious of all slinkies. Scales hovered around staying the same or being 1lb back on again which doesn't seem possible given what I'm eating and exercising; I'll have to revert to the 'muscle is heavier than fat' ploy/excuse. Started day with half an hour's Core Express class followed by 45 mins Clubbercise so must have done some good.
1 load of washing done and on the maiden owing to showers.
Did a bit of a report.
Booked some theatre tickets I'd wanted for ages as a new batch came on sale today.
Caught up with my mum then brother on the phone.
Mr N took MIL to doctor's and sorted out a few things. He also arranged for the carer who will be dropping in on her each day we're on hols to visit next week. MIL knows her but can't actually remember her, sadly the memory is getting terrible now.
Went to town for Mr A, bit of stuff for holidays (Outdoor Wear and B&M) then to sports shop to see if anyone sells a fitness tracker which you don't need a smartphone for. Saw one, instructions mentioned the word 'tablet' but when I searched the app on my tablet, it said it wasn't compatible. Has anyone got a fitness tracker that you either plug into a computer or use a tablet for, that doesn't cost a bomb?
DW done and emptied (Mr N)
Put a few things away in bedroom and bathroom.
Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.

    Hi all

Mad day yesterday. Gym, paid stuff no. 1, paid stuff no. 2 then back to paid stuff no. 1 for a training session.

Rumblings about job no. 2 again coming to an end again. We cannot manage wtihout it. And DS1 is talking about doing a 18 week residential course when his apprenticeship ends which he is going to need financial help with. Sigh.

Off to get a shower and scrub the bath while I am in there then ready for the paid stuff.

Have a good Tuesday everyone x
