Hey Margaret:) Thanks for posting, and thanks to newgirly and pooky for replying to you. Hope you find the information you need.

Linz - hope the info helped and feel free to 'pop in' anytime;)

Work was tiring today, so have settled down for a cuppa and a browse before getting on with tea. DS1 is not feeling well today, so I am cooking tea tonight. DS2 has work tonight so I don't have to feed him:D Just waiting for DS3 to arrive home from school and then I shall get cracking. No rest for the wicked so they say;)

£1 TT to Travel Fund today:)

Five days left in the month and so I expect that the total will see me end Feb with around £45 in total. Not bad for a first month, but way off the £150 needed to achieve my goal of £2500 by July 2019. Still, it is creeping up slowly and I have my eyes fixed on the prize, so with some grit and determination, I will get there.

Day off today and many jobs to get done, starting with a trip into town this morning to cross a few tasks off my list:)

    Have a great day x

Two small TT over the last few days takes my total to £42.01 in the Travel Fund:T

Its almost the end of the month and nearly time to add it all up and see what the damage was during Feb. Total savings will be a lot less than last month, but then Feb is my lowest earning month of the year and yet was quite expensive as I paid out for quite a lot. March should pick up a lot and see the balance restore.

Yesterday was a pretty chilled day and got a few things done at home. Back to work this morning for a long shift. Dinner is already cooked (in slow cooker) so DS1 just needs to cook the rice for everyone:)

Not sure what I am working next week, as I haven't got any shifts booked in as yet, but this is pretty standard and should have no problem filling in the hours needed.

I have a small Tesco delivery coming tonight 9-10pm as we had run out of a few bits, however I am still incredibly happy with how the food spend looks this month:j

Onwards and upwards. Will have a bit of a browse and another cuppa before I need to start getting ready for work.

Where have the last few days gone? Lots of shifts came in after saying I had none and I have been busy. Another long shift today 8-8.

A few TT's which now takes my total in the holiday fund to £44.17:T

Just waiting for a few things to clear through the bank and I can update my totals for the month.

    Have a great day all.

This week has been manic. Hope everyone is safe in this weather!

Three days left and then I have two days off:)

A couple more TT and some bank interest over to the Holiday Fund, but nothing to send to House Fund until next week. It is payday today, but I am waiting a few days before allocating all of it as I have a few bills to come out and the account is always at its lowest during the first week of the month.

Tesco delivery tonight, which is my bigger one for the month.

DS3 off school again because of the snow. Not sure about DD school yet, it was open all day yesterday. I am on a 9-3.30 today so should be home by 4pm and rest up before another 8-8 tomorrow.

Have a great day all and keep safe x

    Thanks Beanie:)

Another small 22p TT this morning and 14p interest on my house fund account and I can also finally update all my savings in my signature after Feb has been finalised:T

Long shift today and another half shift tomorrow, then I am off for 4 days:j I have lots of jobs to do that I need to get on with, plus a big meeting at DS3 school, plus DD birthday during my days off. Hopefully I can catch up with everything before I have to go back to work on Friday.

Going to have a cuppa and a browse before I go get ready for work x

A small £1 TT and finally a transfer of £100 to my house fund this morning:) House fund now stands at 4.20% of total needed:D

It does feel like it is going to take an eternity to reach my goal, however, by the end of the year I should have added another £6400 to the total (plus interest) and the total should hover around the 18% mark which will be right on track to achieve the goal of 50k by the end of 2023. I have to remind myself that this is a marathon and not a sprint:)

Just one more shift to do and I am off for four days:T

Hope your shift passes quickly so you can start unwinding a little for your four days off (amongst your list of jobs that is :D)

Your travel plans sound awesome- I am such a lover of travel planning and creating the itineraries. We are heading off to Oz in September so I!!!8217;m spending lots of time researching in guide books and on the internet and stashing the pennies away :D
