It's just so nice to have takeaways and a few glasses of wine at the weekends. I don't think I should cut these things out totally...just have less. But it's hard!0 -

I apologise for being so bad at posting on here..need to get better. I was a bit worried about dropping to four days later in the year, but I think it's going to be good for me0 -
I do four days, have never looked back . The motivation that you only have to get up 4 mornings helps me immensely. Even though on the 5th day I do childcare but that isn't work to me:rotfl:Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.0

Sounds so good! I think I need to make the leap. My extra day ends in November, so a little way to go, but will be worth it I reckon0 -
Started a new exercise schedule to try and shift some fat, and also planning my meals better. I feel I've gone off the rails with my eating due to work stress so I feel good at taking control again. Hopefully I'll see some changes in how my clothes feel.
I'm not going to be weighing myself as the scales won't tell me how much fat I've lost, so I'll use a tape measure and progress photos.
In terms of spending, we have a week off next week so there'll be a few spends but we've budgeted for these. It's our three year wedding anniversary on Saturday so we've got each other a little gift and we're spending a couple of nights at the coast. We love it by the sea, so here's hoping for some sunshine! I may have to put the diet aside for a day as we like to have fish and chips0 -
Well, we had last week off and we couldn't have picked a worse week as the weather was awful and we couldn't really do much. Still, it was nice to have time off work and I really wasn't looking forward to going in and checking my emails yesterday. I'm already waiting for the weekend!
My new exercise schedule is going okay and I am getting better with my food choices so it feels good to be more in control of that again as I felt like my diet had gone a bit haywire.
Went to an interview recently for a new course, but I didn't get a great vibe so goodness knows if I got it or not. If I don't get on, I might just take a step back from further training for a bit and perhaps put what I've saved off my credit card as it would be a nice chunk. We'll see anyway...
The business is going okay and I'm having to turn people away as I don't have any more availability at the moment. I guess it's better than no one contacting me!0 -
Maybe taking a break from things is the way to go. Your business is obviously successful . Enjoy the sun this weekend if it arrives, don't be to hard on yourself.Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.0
