When I read you diary I imagined you to be someone who looks younger than their age. I think with your healthy lifestyle, looking after yourself with hair appointments, nails, and shopping, your new bag/bedroom showed you have lovely taste. Then when you said you got your naval done when daughter got hers done, I just had a picture of a modern mum 🤷🏻♀️. If all that makes sense lol4

You really are a saint. I would be freaked out if a guy did that, no wonder I never married! His sister can do one to be honest. Duty done. Grrrrr.Nevertheless she persisted.5

The nails sound wonderfully bling - I think you should treat yourself to something holiday-ish, even if it's just a hotel-style breakfast, to keep them company. Viva Espane!I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)
The sun's been out and I think I’m solar powered (Onebrokelady)

Thank you all, I don’t have that much patience, I’m always moaning at him. He’s promised not to do it again but he’s said that before.Happy Saturday 🥂 Fizz in the fridge ready for tonight, trying an English fizz tonight was reduced from £30 to £10 so my expectations are high 😁
Off to the big Mr T shortly to pick a few things up I forgot to get from Lidl yesterday, the hazards of shopping without a list. It’s a fair distance away so will get some steps in. At least Mr SA isn’t interested in following me there. This weekend the focus is on clearing and cleaning the spare room ready for work starting on Monday. It shouldn’t take long because there’s not much in there. This time last year I was picking up the euros ready for Zante the next day 😢 Maybe next year. Still not completely ruled out Lanzarote in October, waiting for this test malarkey to be a bit more organised than it is at the moment.Have a good one 🥳I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5
