The dressing table has been picked up, just waiting for the mirror to go now. Wonder if they’d have gone so quick if I’d been selling them.

That’s a really good idea, so did you just put advert on saying if you want them just come and take them away.

Yes I did, just said where I was and put them at the end of the drive. I’ve got rid of a few things that way. Some things I’ve just put at the end of the drive without advertising and they’ve gone. It’s something that was started locally during lockdown last year when everyone was decluttering. 

Everything has gone now. One man’s junk is another man’s treasure. Actually they’ve got themselves some decent furniture for free.

Yeh I really like that idea, especially when items are in such good condition it’s a shame to see them just go to waste.

The cherry tomato risotto is absolutely delicious 😋 Loosely based on the recipe in the Mail on Saturday TV magazine. Added some red peppers, mushroom and home grown basil 👍

Have invited DS and crew to join us at the pub event next Sunday. There’s stuff for kids so the GKs would enjoy it. Plus can leave Mr SA with DS to chat and drink beer 🍺
