Morning all, happy Friday eve, this week has just flown by! On a countdown to staycation part 2 😎

Can hardly contain my excitement for my dental appointment later this morning 😆 I know I'll have to go back after this check up as a tiny sliver chipped from one of my veneers several weeks ago. It's not causing any problems but will have to be fixed at some point. 

My morning walk took me to the big Mr Ts for cat food. For some reason this is always missing from my Mr M order. It seems to be really difficult at the moment to get hold of wet food for senior cats. 

Now the nights are rapidly drawing in I'm going to have to finally get round to taking the cellophane off my new bedside lamp and putting a bulb in it might be a good idea. I'm not liking the autumnal feeling in the air that seems to be creeping in.

Must start making a list of all the jobs that need doing next week. We won't be able to go far because of the plasterer/painter being here. Hopefully the weather will be dry as I can't face the thought of a wet week stuck inside with Mr SA.

We have noticed that the mornings and evenings are starting to get more autumnal. It had a lovely fresh feel this morning when we took the dog out for his morning walk. 

It is a much more comfortable temperature in our bedroom for sleeping as well which we are grateful for

The forecast is for a lot of dry weather next week. Fingers crossed it stays that way.

Dental visit done but as suspected the crown will need replacing - it was a crown not a veneer. I was warned it might have to be drilled off - well I shall really look forward to that! Thankfully I have Denplan insurance so will just have to pay the lab fees, although they are around £100 so not got off that lightly.

if you have a signal issue is your spare room you can get mesh extenders that you connect to modem then plug in the extenders to room you require and it creates a secure network with an app and you can create temporary password for guests, I up graded to these from old tp plug extenders as it was still patchy in some areas of my house and I get a great signal now i got them from QVC but you can get them other places

Thank you we already have the TP link, my DD bought it, it’s brilliant, I’m sure the signal will be fine.

Morning all, happy Friday 🥳🥂

I’m having fun and games getting my work Outlook to connect to the server. Have shut down and restarted several times now. I’m a bit stuffed without it. Everything else is working fine, so frustrating. 

Logging off again soon to go to Lidl then it will be an early finish because I’m having my nails done this afternoon, little pre birthday treat to myself.

I’m not having a very good day today. Still can’t get into my work Outlook and we now have another wood pigeon stuck behind the fireplace. The chap who removed it last time is coming out again plus he’s going to quote for a cowl.  He has also had a pigeon down his chimney this week so it must be the season for it. He’s also going to fit himself a cowl 😆 These blooming dozy wood pigeons 😩

Oh no! Wood pigeons can’t get in ours, but we did once have a bat flapping around in the wood burner 😂
The cats told us it was there!
