I hope I’m not coming down with something. After lunch I started feeling absolutely exhausted and like I’ve got a cold coming. When I went out to get my eyebrows done I picked up a tiger baguette for Mr SA and had a bit of it at lunchtime. I don’t eat much bread normally as it makes me feel a bit off so put it down to that as I was perfectly ok before then. I’ll see how I feel tomorrow, if still not right might have to take a Covid test. Not what I need when I was looking forward to my week off and meeting up with my friends 😩I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4

Sounds as though you need some rest and to take care of yourself.
Hopefully by tomorrow you'll be back to your usual good health, but rest usually helps.
Remember there are other bugs around and, as you mentioned with the bread, plenty of things that can make us feel off colour, it doesn't have to be Covid. However I guess taking a test is always wise these days.

Happy Friday Eve
I feel a lot better today, must’ve been the tiger bread. The downside of eating healthily 99% of the time is that when I do eat something remotely unhealthy I feel terrible.Have been to Aldi this morning for a few bits of fresh stuff. Took the dog for a run on the park at lunchtime, we were the only ones there which was nice.Making veggie sausages, cauliflower mash and caramelised onion gravy for my dinner tonight. A new recipe I intended to make last week but changed my mind at the last minute. One more working day to go before I break up 🥳I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4 -
