The dog cadged another park run out of me just before it got dark. Went a bit mad with chilli in my cauliflower madras and my mouth is on fire 😆I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6

Roll on the 17th may 👍5

Roll on when it gets finished. Not looking forward to having the bed in the living room. Shame DD’s still living with us, we could move into her room. Just glad it’s being done before I physically have to return to the office as I’ll need to start doing my hair and make up again then. This will be the last room to be refurbished where it means major upheaval, only got the living room and gym/spare room left to do, all the other rooms have been completely refurbished.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5

Morning, happy Friday eve 😊
Have been to Aldi this morning, so yet another spending day. I really went for the outside door mat I'd seen advertised but couldn't find it anywhere. Not a wasted journey as I've picked up quite a few bits and bobs and clocked up just over 7k steps. Got halfway down my road when I realised I didn't have my Fitbit on so had to go back for it - not walking all that way for it not to be registered 😆
The weather was wild and windy although managed not to get wet. The sun is out at the moment.
Wilko order arrived this morning, only ordered it Tuesday evening so that was quick. Now got compost, plant food and shed paint. Wish I'd remembered to add an outside doormat and washing up bowl to the order. The seeds are coming from Premier Seeds and have been dispatched.
Today's exercise is the walk already done, walking the dog at lunchtime and abs exercises after work. Cleaning is the living room. Making a veggie lasagne for tonight's dinner.
Mr SA is still a bit off from his scan yesterday. He was told to drink plenty of water to flush out the dye, which he hasn't done.

Hope Mr SA is back to his normal self soon.4

Another mud fest on the park at lunchtime and DD has banned the dog from her room until she’s been bathed 😆 Mr SA must be feeling a bit better because he’s jet washing the patio. Don’t even ask about the state of the patio doors 😩I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6
