Sun_Addict said:He’s ok thanks, still sound asleep in bed. I managed to get him out eventually with the aid of a stool so cancelled the paramedics. I thought he was doing well, he’s not had a fall for some time. I wish he wouldn’t put himself in these situations 😩

Happy Valentines to those who celebrate it. I'm not a fan personally but Mr SA always insists on marking the occasion. I got him 4 cans of lager, ever the romantic me 😆 To be fair they are expensive cans - Lost Lager by Brewdog.

No plans to do a lot today. Will need to take the dog out. Apparently someone has knitted a Valentines scene for a local postbox so might go and investigate with the dog. Mr SA got up, had some breakfast and went back to bed, he's watching the cricket. Defrosting some pork steaks for Mr SA's dinner. I'm going to use up one of my portions of nut roast that seem to be breeding in the freezer, every time I think I've used them all up another one appears!
Will be ordering another veg box this week but will go for a veg and salad one. Still have loads of fruit left. I'm also going to get Mr SA a meat pack from a local-ish butcher. They do a huge one for £50 that will last him at least a month, just need to make sure there's enough room in the freezer first.

I love the photos SA. Someone used to do the same for special holidays on the postbox next to my commute rail station. The knits were really lovely. As I'm WFH I haven't been near the station lately so don't know if they've done something this year.I hope you enjoy your Valentine flowers. And the beers were an ideal present for Mr SA. Just up his street you might say!👍. I was sorry to hear of his mishap though.Your veg box idea is a good one. Our local greengrocer does a weekly box too. It's very popular and his produce is excellent. It's too much for me though on my own. I can see Mr SA appreciating the meat box too!😀Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟
