I seem to spend every day cooking cleaning and walking the dog in fact our house is going to have a blow up soon I am sick to death of cooking I think I have said before my husband is the worlds fussiest eater but he doesn’t do any cooking last night I made sausage casserole which he likes but I used some turkey sausages this time he took one look at them and said I don’t like that i totally blanked him because I wouldn’t be responsible for what I said he sat there I think expecting me to jump up and make him something else in the end he made some toast and then complained all night he was hungry he picked on constantly with bits from the fridge7

There's not much else you can do at the weekend at the moment apart from cooking, cleaning and walking the dog, but I hope you fit some relaxation into your day too 🙂. I'm glad the cat likes the fancy dog biscuits so they're not wasted 🤣 .Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

Fortunately my other half eats most things. Don't think he has ever refused to eat anything I have made even if it isn't is favourite.7 -

Mr SA eats whatever I put in front of him but then I don’t make him anything out of the ordinary 😆 He can’t cook now because of his brain injury but he was no Jamie Oliver before 😆 A couple of years ago I had to go to London with work for 3 nights. The first night I left him something in the slow cooker and the following nights he had takeaways organised by DD.
The dog is now eating the breakfast biscuits but only if I shake the box and pretend they’re treats. She’s been on the park twice today, the second time she got so muddy she had to go straight in the bath. There have been two teenage lads on the park since early this morning just sitting there surrounded by empty cans, bottles and food packages, even though there’s a bin right next to them 🤬 Made me wonder if they’d been there all night. Runaways maybe, they only look about 14/15. They were still there an hour ago.Mr SA is watching the rugby, he’s already started on the beer.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)9 -
They depend on some other person to feed them. My "friend" has 4 meals a week cooked for him, two he eats with family & two he takes home on plates for the next day. We have reached an agreement, he may turn his nose up at the sort of things I may cook but if I cook it & he's there he eats it & vice versa. Problems - too much salt & monosodium glutumate (sp). But I am educating him, very slowly though. Our next door neighbours' husband has not cooked a meal before in his life apparently and he is over 70. I do wonder what these men do for eating if their wife is ill or dies before them.

Just caught up with your diary SA - your door and side windows are lovely!😀
I was glad to read the good news on Mr SA too - I do think a lot of his success health-wise is due to you looking after him so well over the years. 😇Enjoy the rest of your weekend. Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟
