Your doing really well with your savings I think a overpayments for mortgage is a good idea have a look and see how much it will save you in the long run

I agree that your savings totals are very impressive . Mortgage overpayments sound like a good idea as it would give you peace of mind to be mortgage free.

It’s been lovely and sunny most of the day and have had two trips to the park with the dog. Very busy both times though and lots of people strolling without dogs who obviously hadn’t been there before by the way they were looking around and pointing. Going for a treadmill run shortly, followed by a long soak in the bath then will tackle this chicken in the Ninja Foodi. I’m having chestnut roast with roast veg made in the Ninja oven.

The walk we did today was quite busy. The last time we did it we hardly saw another person. Today there were loads, lots who obviously don't usually go out walking, white trainers and all for muddy lanes 🤣🤣🤣

I suppose there is nothing else for people to do at the minute.

Your white trainers comment always makes me smile. They used to be a pet hate of Mr SA’s, he would always spot people in them at the airport going on holiday. If he ever had new trainers for holiday he’d wear them on building sites first to scuff them up a bit 😆

The white trainers brigade do make us laugh tip toeing around muddy puddles while we walk straight through them in our boots 🤣🤣🤣

I do run in my new site gear by running over it with the car first. Can't go on building sites with brand new gear on 🤣🤣🤣

There were a few more people on my walk today with dogs I've never seen before, they must usually drive somewhere to take their dogs out 🤷‍♀️Yesterday two pickups went down the lane, I haven't seen a car go down there since last summer,it was like rush hour 😀

The white trainer brigade round here also often have badly behaved dogs where they either haven't trained and socialised  their dogs.

Same here.

Usually a poodle cross of some sort bounding around on the end of an extending lead.

White trainers FML that brings back some memories, made me laugh at least. When we used to go on holiday as kids my mum always used to point out families at the airport all with their brand new white trainers 100% they’d be flying to Malaga lol.
