Try WD40  or similaron the old clip on your dog lead. They sometimes get stiff with use and then dont close properly (always handy to have a spare).

Thanks will try that ladyholly. The old lead will remain on Mr SA’s scooter for when he takes her out and she stays on his knee. The new lead will be for me to use when I’m walking her properly. It will be handy to have two leads to be honest.

Morning all

Felt so much better after the long soak in the bath and the glass of wine with my feet up watching TV after dinner. The miserable gloomy weather wasn't helping yesterday as well as Mr SA moping about. This is when I miss a bit of office banter.

Today will be NSD6, not going anywhere other than taking the dog for a walk. Will shortly need some more coffee pods but will price them up on Amazon first to see if they're cheaper to buy in bulk rather than just add them to the weekly online shop.

Today's exercise task is 30 minutes cardio HIIT, cleaning task is the master bedroom. I'm making a veggie paella for tonight's dinner will make two portions so I've got one for tomorrow's lunch. Making Mr SA chicken arrabbiata stew with cheese dumplings. Both recipes are from the BBC Good Food magazine - fully intend to get my money's worth after paying £5.25 for this 😆

It's pouring with rain out there and still dark. According to my weather app it should be snowing today, we'll see.

The sleet has suddenly turned into big snow that is settling!!

We have heavy snow can’t get in or out of our town at the minute and not forcast to ease until 5 tonight been snowing since yesterday tea time so should make my walk interesting today that’s if we can get out of the gate 😂

We just had rain overnight. Looked at the forecast at 6am this morning and it was just for more rain. They have changed it to heavy snow all day now.

Just sent a message to the other half asking him if he has seen the forecast. He has to drive 25 miles to get home!!

It’s still pouring with rain here even though my weather app says heavy snow. Hopefully your OH will be able to set off for home before it gets worse sheff. Mr SA and the dog are still in bed! The dog won’t go out in heavy rain.
