Impressed with the Christmas shopping.
Have a good week XX XX
I'm certainly impressed with the bathing in prosecco, but definitely recommend downgrading to plastic glasses whether in an ordinary bath or (even better) in a hot tub. Places with hot tubs actually tell you not to take glassware into them. Right I am going off to dream that they are going to re-open any time soon. Either that or I will win the lottery & be able to get a house that has room for one.

The fog didn't lift all weekend where we were. Made for a nice atmospheric walk in the woods though yesterday lunchtime.
Well done on the Christmas shopping. I'm hoping that the home delivery is going to bring the dog toys I have ordered today and then when I get them wrapped this morning that is Christmas shopping and wrapping done and dusted for this year.9 -
Morning, happy Monday 😎
What a lovely atmospheric photo RelievedSheff and well done on being so super organised with presents.
It's another grey foggy day here.
Not been out for a walk this morning as I had to run off some data reports for work first thing, which was a painfully slow process. Then the Iceland delivery came so have been putting that away, only one missing item so that's good.
Might be like Grand Central Station here again today as got lots of deliveries coming.
To do today:
1. Work
2. Joe Wicks Wake up with Joe workout (I was only just getting out of bed at 6am when it went live, although it's pre-recorded this time)
3. Take the dog on the park at lunchtime
4. Go for a treadmill run after work
5. Clean the kitchen and dining room
6. Spanish
7. Finish the book I'm reading, only a couple of chapters to go. It's been really good - Little Sister by Isabel Ashdown.
Making a Quorn lasagne for my dinner tonight and Mr SA is having his favourite Pukka pie, chips, veg and gravy.
Have a marvellous Monday x

The fog is finally starting to lift here. I can almost see the sky for the first time in days8

Gorgeous photo, @RelievedShef.
SA, do you think it's cheating of Joe Wicks not to do the 6am workout live/?I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)
The sun's been out and I think I’m solar powered (Onebrokelady)

Yes I do @Cherryfudge, just because he can’t get up at 6 🤣
DS’s Christmas present has arrived and is very nicely gift boxed with a matching gift bag, so no wrapping for me 👍
Got my usual Mr M order coming tomorrow but can’t get on the website to make final amendments as it’s too busy. Here we go with queuing just to get on the website again...I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7 -

Have had to change to Asda for our final couple of deliveries this year. Tesco slots had sold out already for the dates we wanted. They have just built a massive new Asda near here, it opened a couple of weeks ago. They seem to have loads more delivery slots available so may start using them instead.7 -
Just managed to amend my order. Let’s see what happens with it this week 🤔
Have added another £19.16 left from last week’s budget to the iPad pot so now have £312.25. Will be purchasing on Black Friday. The one I want is £429 right now, I could get one for £100 less but it has a lot less memory. I’ve had enough years of buying the cheaper option and regretting it so holding out for the better one.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)9 -
Not much more to save SA for the iPad. I agree go with what you want especially as no credit involved. I hope the Morrison's delivery is on time tomorrow and not another 11pm slot. You mentioned in your diary about the £5 from topcashback, thanks for the information I used mine as well . Always pleased to get free money . With M&S I wonder if the coffee vouchers will be given a longer expiry date .Enjoy your run SA .Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.7
