Happy Saturday 🥳
I’ve managed to be rather spendy today without leaving the comfort of my sofa. I may have bought a pair of Skechers furry boots and a few bits from Superdrug 😬 I’ve also put in an Iceland order for Monday. I didn’t think I’d spend the minimum £35 for free delivery but have spent £42. I’m keeping my Mr M orders in place until lockdown is done because they’re all booked in for the next 3 weeks and I don’t want to risk not being able to get a slot. Hopefully they’ll start to improve 🤞Went to local shops this morning and was surprised to see quite a few open. One of the cafes is doing takeaway, the flower shop has suddenly become a garden centre and a few of them are doing click and collect. One shop had an outdoor stall selling Christmas stuff. I don’t blame them for trying to still trade, they’re just small locally owned businesses and can’t afford to close.
Took the dog on the park and then spent a couple of hours in the garden tidying up. Yet another garden waste bin full of leaves 🍁
Tonight for once Mr SA and I are having the same meal - pizza, wedges and salad. Making the pizza from large naan breads, they make a really tasty base.Weight-wise I’ve lost half a pound this week so back to being within goal range.Hope everyone is having a lovely day xI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)10 -

As Beanie says ‘ sorry about the cat’ bet they’re all missing it.
I don’t blame you for keeping the delivery slot in case you can’t get another.
Well done on the Christmas shopping....I’ve only bought 1 present and I’ve had that since last February- gloves for my sister in law. No idea what to get anyone else. 🙄 It’s dh birthday tomorrow and I’ve given up and am giving him money for something for his train set.January spends - £587.589 -
I haven’t got that many presents to get thankfully. The only person who’s hard to buy for is DD. I asked her what she wants she said nothing really, which is helpful 😩
The people across the road have put up their Christmas lights. #too early. Having said that I have fairy lights up all year round inside and outside.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)8 -

It’s nice to see a chilled out dog. Mine used to just curl up beside me.....but we had a couple of noisy kids when we had the dogs who used to bump things and have noisy toys so dogs got used to sudden noises, they occasionally stirred but didn’t seem bothered.January spends - £587.586
