Apparently DD now has to give me a code that changes every month then I have to apply it to my order when I checkout. It was a lot easier when Ocado were fulfilling the orders!
Some very good news in that DD has tested negative 😁🎉 Phew! So hairdressers this afternoon and opticians tomorrow it is. Her app has told her she no longer needs to self isolate so she can go back to work.

Haircut done ✅. I’ve never enjoyed having my hair cut for some reason, it’s just a necessity really. I’ve got long hair and just have it trimmed, shaped a bit and my fringe tidied up.Have put a message out on a local FB group for someone to put the greenhouse up and have had 3 recommendations. Have messaged one so will see what he says.I’ve ordered Mr SA’s phone case from eBay, only £3.95 so can’t moan. He’s reminded me he still needs slippers and has since added face cream to the list 🤨
Still no sign of DS’s cat 😢 Will be a week tomorrow since she went missing.A smile for today is DS and DIL are on a healthy eating plan. DS is super skinny and certainly doesn’t need to lose weight. He’s had enough of feeling hungry and is secretly buying a bacon roll on his way to work and a sausage one on the way back 🤣 DIL is none the wiser.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)11 -

Afternoon 😎 Beautiful sunny day here, quite mild, what a contrast to yesterday's gloom.
Eyes tested nothing has changed since the last test 2.5 years ago but I'm getting some new VDU glasses free courtesy of work and a new pair of reading glasses that I've had to pay for but got 25% off because I'm now over 60. They didn't try to tell me I need varifocals which they have done in the past and are content I don't need glasses for distance or the TV just reading/computer. My eyes are very healthy according to the scans. Thankfully I didn't have to have that puffing of air test or the one where you have to follow that dot around and press the clicker. Glad that's all over for another 2 years.
Bought a few bits from Primani and had a quick coffee in the Costa in there. Mr SA has got his slippers you'll be relieved to hear 🤣 Walked to and from the city centre so steps are looking good at 14,253. Only just made it back home in time for my work team meeting, got a 2.5 hour workshop this afternoon that I could do without but it's mandatory. Not sure I can sit still for that long without falling asleep 🤣
The city centre was eerily quiet again, it's such a shame. I felt so down sitting there waiting to have my eyes tested, the atmosphere in the shops is very sombre. I feel like hibernating until it's all over.
Have a terrific Thursday x

I know what you mean about wanting to hibernate.
Well done getting the eyes tested and ordering new glasses.I bet Mr SA will enjoy sitting in his comfy slippers whilst playing with his phone. Hopefully giving you a bit of peace.
Good news that dd tested negative 👏👏👏January spends - £587.5810 -
