Heh heh, Mr Lucky said the same. I said sure no problem, I’ll just phone ahead to the hospital and let them know we’ll be needing a couple of beds in A&E :rotfl: XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

It just goes in one ear and out of the other Wannabe
I used to go ice skating when I was young, every Saturday. I even have an ice skating blade shaped scar on my finger from when I fell and someone skated into it. Ugh the blood  There is no way I'd do it now though.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -

Have been really busy today, went to Aldi this morning, spent a bit more than I planned (as usual) but have plenty of food for the week ahead. Things will be tight from now until the end of the month but still do-able. Have spent what seems like hours cooking but now have a batch of spicy lentil soup for work lunches, 6 portions of veggie lasagne and 2 portions of fish pie - all WW recipes of course
Have done my finances so here are the "scores on the doors":
Debt £1570.00 - doubt any more will be paid off until payday now
VSP £82.00 - £5.73 in this week making a total of £26.02 so far for January
Emergency fund £3266.50 - this has gone down as I've had to take £344 for the fridge freezer out plus the £395 vet bill money that I've kept shuffling about for a few months. Once the debt has been paid off I can start building it back up again
Holiday balance £1034 - again will pay some off on payday
Tesco card £0 - paid off the balance today
I'm really pleased that I'm still keeping a track of what I spend and next month should be better cash flow wise. I really need to keep this up, having targets is helping.
Hope everyone has had a lovely weekend
I am SO impressed you don't just pay off the debt and the holiday with your emergency fund. You are really sticking to the system. how did I get in debt twice more after the first hellish time? I needed money in an emergency of some description. And I borrowed it. Even when I had one I used to pay off part of the debt which left me up a creek when the car went wrong. And I have never caught up with myself.Still an awesome emmergency fund

I'm scared to let go of it Buffster. The cc is 0% until end March, the holiday is budgeted for and will be paid off.
I've paid off the debt twice now, this is my third time - I don't think I'll ever learn but I am trying as hard as I can.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0
