The weather has certainly changed. I’m imagining it’s colder in your neck of the woods Beanie. Is Mr SA still under the weather as he had a lie in this morning. Got to admit I stayed in bed watching tv as it smelt cold outside the covers.January spends - £587.584

That's Wednesday done. In the office until just after lunchtime then finished off the day at home. The office was really busy, people who came in after 9am were struggling to find a desk. There's a method in my madness at getting there early.
Today has been NSD 7 for September, will probably be the last one this month.
I've walked to/from work and will be doing FitSteps at 6pm so today's step count will be over 20,000.
My signature had reverted back to August yet again, wonder why this keeps happening?

Your young cat is a real bundle of mischief! I love how the dog has a lie in with Mr SA.

That's Thursday done, another week flying by!
WFH today. Have been manically busy.
Went to Aldi this morning but there were a few things I couldn't find so will have to nip in Lidl on my way home from work tomorrow. So annoying when you have to go to a series of different shops to get what you want.
Today's exercise aiming for 15,000 steps and I did a live WW strength training class at lunchtime.
Put a pan of pasta on to cook for the tuna pasta bake I'm making tonight and completely forgot about it! Fortunately it's ok just very soft definitely not al dente 😆
The anti-inflammatories worked well on the dog so rang the vets for some more. I asked about just getting a prescription so I could order them online so that was £14. Still cheaper than getting them direct from the vets though.
Another windows payment has gone out today so that balance has gone down to £2476.60. Also did a pre-payday finances check and sent an oddment to the Christmas pot so now £489.27.
Had to rescue yet another frog from the little cat this afternoon. I brought her back into the house so it would have time to escape and she wasn't happy about it the little devil!I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4 -
Happy Friday 🥳 Happy payday for me too.I can’t believe it’s October tomorrow 😱
Have been to the office today. Nearly did a full day bar an hour. Must be slacking 😆 It was really quiet in the office, just two of us on our bank of desks.
Had a meeting cancelled this morning so used the time wisely to go to Dunelm. I bought a wall art thing for the living room and a new duvet cover. Also bought a Halloween cushion from Homesense.Got soaked to the skin walking home. Jumped straight in the bath when I got home which was nice.
Mr SA has had a bad fall and cut his hand 🙁I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4 -
Jumping into the bath after getting soaked - one of life’s little luxuries 👍
Mr SA s fall doesn’t sound good. Hope he managed to get himself up.
I haven’t been to Dunelm for a while….might have a meander if it stops raining this weekJanuary spends - £587.583 -

I hope Mr SA is all right. It must be unnerving for you as well as him.

Happy Saturday 🥂
Did a live ClubFit class this morning then went to the big Mr T. 25% off Florence & Fred so bought some cosy jogging bottoms and matching top for WFH days plus some trousers and a jumper. Pleased with my haul and all fits well.DS and the GKs were supposed to be coming today but he had to go to work. Unexpected free afternoon spent wisely and I’ve booked our next trip to Lanzarote for April. We were going to travel 30 April then noticed the week before was £50 cheaper with better flight times. I’m going to be mindful of this now, look for the cheapest dates. Also had £80 of discount codes so even with reserved seats it’s only £400 each for flight and accommodation, very happy with that.
Mr SA’s hand is still sore and he’d left a trail of blood on the stair rail but he’s otherwise fine. He broke the yard brush though, goodness knows how. That’s the second one he’s broken recently!Strictly, pink cava and pizza tonight fabUlous 💃🥂🍕I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4
