We have Wilk*'s, B*yes & Y*rkshire Trading in town, so I usually use them.

I will admit I find B&M hit and miss. It’s one of those shops where I either find lots of things or nothing depending on what they have in stock. I used to like the super size bottles of Fl*sh but they didn’t have them last time I went. I don’t generally buy food there. However their scented candles in the brown jar are the best I’ve ever bought for lasting scent and burning time - better than any of the more expensive ones I’ve bought.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5

That’s Friday done. Another day in the office but finished early. Really busy again, everyone seems to be requesting things before I break up. Two more work get ups to go.
Took Mr SA’s trousers back to Mr S for a refund. They had 20% off women’s wear so bought two pairs of trousers for me plus some socks. I had £15 in Nectar points so used them towards the cost. Also had a voucher from Good Food magazine for a free packet of tortellini so picked that up.Picked up the euros from M&S. Had a quick browse at the clothes. They have some really nice things but equally some really horrid big and baggy things.Mr SA hasn’t phoned me at all today, he went stroppy when I told him not to ring me so often. However we had run out of milk so that would’ve been a valid reason for ringing. Ended up having to go to the local shops to pick some up. I don’t use milk, bread or marg so it’s really annoying that he doesn’t tell me it’s running out just when it’s all gone. Apparently it’s my job to check 😩
Have booked in my eyebrow wax and tint at the local beauty salon for tomorrow morning and DIL is doing my holiday nails tomorrow afternoon.Tried a new recipe from the Good Food magazine tonight - prawn and lentil curry. It was delicious so that recipe is a keeper.

I'd keep a couple of cartons of long life milk which could be used when you run out rather than running to the shops as you do enough running about. See if that makes him willing to remind you as its vile (in my opinion)
I've recently had teenage males who are the same, only tell you after something has run out. You can't really fix teenagers, they have to grow out of it so for most regular buys I keep one and a spare and buy as soon as the spare is started. I tend to spot the empty in the rubbish or that there's only one instead of 2. Do the same with toiletries. Gives a margin for error without war.3 -
