  • Finally got through to the doctors just now only to be told I need to ring back at 8am tomorrow to book him an appointment. I told them when you ring first thing either no one answers the phone or you get cut off. She explained this is because they are very busy on the phones first thing. So I can't make appointments for him unless I ring at 8am!

Talk about banging your head against a brick wall 😣
We have probably the worst health centre in Scotland with exactly the same system. It leaves you with such contempt for GPS who refuse to do their jobs properly.

Put in a complaint to the Practise Manager, if people don't officially complain then there's no incentive to change their systems.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

5 weeks tomorrow we go. There is a rumour Spain are going to drop the health form so fingers crossed. One plus point to Mr SA being disabled is that we get to jump the queues.
