    Another week has flown by and I have had a great week regarding the diet and exercise and lost 3 1/2 lb and was over the moon. This week I have been out for a meal and had some neighbours around for a drink to say goodbye as we are moving on the weekend. There wont be much time for anymore exercise this week but I am hoping that all the lifting and running around over the weekend will make up for that.

    Then Monday and Tuesday booked off next week to relax after a hectic weekend. Managed to get rid of 2 black bags full of clothes etc which went to the charity shop and then another bag went over the local tip.

    A quiet meal planned at home tonight with my partner cooking.
