You can see it online by clicking the link due closed accounts.

They send the money by Faster Payments (not BACS as the online banking implies). I believe they do them manually as the arrival time is always a bit random.

Then I guess I won. I got them last Friday. But I did contact them by secure message as I never received the maturity letter.
