so nice to hear from people. For me things remain difficult. I try and keep busy but I find it hard. Mick so loved Christmas, it was his favourite time of year. Thinking of you all x

So sorry to learn that you will be alone this Christmas Torry. I feel your struggle. Maybe one day I won't cry but it all feels so raw. I can tell people the date Mick died but not how long ago it was if that makes sense, working it out would make it real. I still cannot believe that I won't see him again. You take care Torry , and everyone else who is struggling xx

Second Xmas since my darling partner died . It will be a quiet day for me .
I am very very lucky . I found something that has helped my grief enormously. I still miss him terribly and do ‘ talk’ to him . Some tears sometimes but I am able to feel joy and hope for the future.
My Christmas wish for you all is that 2020 will bring you all hope and joy . X

Hi H,

so sorry to hear of your loss. You must be devastated. I do hope that you have family and friends around you.
I lost my Husband to MND on 3/7 just under a year after diagnosis. Life is so cruel . Look after yourself, and let others look after you too
