I would report it to Prolific, and ask them to remove the rejection from your record.

Anyone else just getting a blank screen from Prolific this morning - nothing showing apart from the chatbot icon bottom right? Prolific Assistant informs me there are 2 studies available, but clicking on either of them just sends me to another blank screen.

I started this Study on 05 June and on 25 June, after receiving no subsequent communication from The Researcher to my message on 05 June, my submission was rejected this evening as:"Gave no study data"
This is the message I sent to The Researcher immediately after the Study auto-completed on 05 June:
"I started the Study in good faith and, after about three minutes when I had only answered two questions, the Study was completed.I could not see a completion code and entered: "NO CODE." I am eager not to cheat and if the Study completed in error after such a short time would you please let me know? If necessary I will change my submission to "Returned" as I feel sure part of the Study was not completed. I shall be grateful to hear from you.
Thank you."When I received the Rejection this evening, 20 days after I sent The Researcher the above message, I contacted the Researcher explaining my disappointment because, for the reason explained on 05 June, I had offered to change my submission to "Returned."
This is the reply I received from The Researcher this evening after I contacted him/her when the submission was rejected and there had been no reply to my message sent immediately after the Study auto-completed on 05 June:
"I am sorry about this but the time that survey published I could not check the messages and when I checked them after about 2 hours the survey finished completely so there was no way to return any submission."
I am definitely not seeking any payment but I am very disappointed with this response. I hoped to receive a reply from The Researcher in response to my message on 05 June. Please let me know what you think. Thank you for any replies.

yes i am getting a blank page too...it's when I try to go to the Log In page...I can't log in at all as it's just a blank page. Tried my usual FF browser and IE with the same outcome. Hope it gets fixed for us all soon. Haven't reported it yet as I can't log in to be able to do so

As a probably unrelated problem (Plusnet is my Broadband ISP) there is a problem and it is not possible to access my Plusnet email at present. Plusnet say it may take 24 hours to fix. (I have a gmail email address and it is working all right but Plusnet email address is my main one and is used for MSE.)0 -
I am now able to access Prolific although, so far, no new studies available. Glad it is working again.silvercar said:
