Yeah, I reckon they must have just got a new load of flagged IPs in or decreased the threshold for flagging or something. All they were able to suggest for me unless/until it gets fixed was to keep taking studies on an alternative internet connection, which isn't much use as I've already tried two and don't have easy access to another.

Last month I had this problem with my IP address then it went away after a few days. I did try rebooting several times in that period as it impacted both my PC and my phone. Even when I then disconnected my phone from my wifi it still came up with the error. After a few days I tried again and I was able to access studies again. It's annoying though as I wasn't doing anything different when it just started to appear.

Well tried again this morning after a few days of having the error and now able to complete surveys again. So yeah, if it happens, just wait it out and it goes back to normal. Broken system they have though

Study rejected after no response from The Researcher.

I started this Study on 05 June and on 25 June, after receiving no subsequent communication from The Researcher to my message on 05 June, my submission was rejected this evening as:

• "Gave no study data"

This is the message I sent to The Researcher immediately after the Study auto-completed on 05 June: 

"I started the Study in good faith and, after about three minutes when I had only answered two questions, the Study was completed.

I could not see a completion code and entered: "NO CODE." I am eager not to cheat and if the Study completed in error after such a short time would you please let me know? If necessary I will change my submission to "Returned" as I feel sure part of the Study was not completed. I shall be grateful to hear from you.
Thank you."

When I received the Rejection this evening, 20 days after I sent The Researcher the above message, I contacted the Researcher explaining my disappointment because, for the reason explained on 05 June, I had offered to change my submission to "Returned."

This is the reply I received from The Researcher this evening after I contacted him/her when the submission was rejected and there had been no reply to my message sent immediately after the Study auto-completed on 05 June:

"I am sorry about this but the time that survey published I could not check the messages and when I checked them after about 2 hours the survey finished completely so there was no way to return any submission."

I am definitely not seeking any payment but I am very disappointed with this response.  I hoped to receive a reply from The Researcher in response to my message on 05 June.  Please let me know what you think.  Thank you for any replies.
